Turkey - a staunch traitorReader comment on item: Predicting Middle Eastern Politics Submitted by Ianus (Poland), Apr 25, 2012 at 16:25 Nazim wrote : "Turkey is and will remain an American ally, despite Israeli effort." Throughout all her history Turkey has never been a reliable ally to anybody. It has invariably betrayed all her allies, protectors and benefactors- starting with France, Britain, Kaiser Germany and Soviet Russia that actually saved Kemalist Turkey from sure destruction in 1919-1922. Why should it be different this time? Turkey's contribution to 9/11 2001 were six terrorists trained in the Yalova Mountains in Bithynia. How many terrorists trained in Turkey will the Americans face next time ?
