The Law was missing from Dhjmmi's comment--Morsi will not follow any Laws that are Not based on Islam.-My priority is Sanctity of All Lives--But according to Islam ; it does Not apply

As far as the goat is concerned it was found in S.A. with the revised and latest version of the missing rule that deals with -Allah and Only Allah and Only what he likes or dislikes are still on the very Top.

What a Pity and what a Shame to impose and apply Sharia on All Egyptians
