I Believe

Salvation comes by faith alone in our Almighty God and saviour Jesus Christ! It does not take the works of God, (good works) but faith alone.

God is good.

Mark 10:18

18 Jesus said, "God is good."

The law is good.

Romans 7:12

12 The law is holy, righteous, and good.

Galatians 2:16

16 No one is made righteous by the works of the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be made righteous by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law, because none shall be made righteous by the works of the law.

Galatians 2:21

21 If anyone was made righteousness by the law, then Christ died for nothing.

Galatians 3:24-25

24 The law was our schoolmaster to bring us to Christ, that we might be made righteous by faith. 25 After faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

Galatians 5:4

4 Whoever is made righteous by the law has fallen from grace.

Romans 3:28

28 Anyone is made righteous by faith without the works of the law.

Galatians 2:12

12 The law is not of faith.

Romans 14:23

23 Whatever is not of faith is sin.

Romans 7:7

7 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? No.

It is said in

James 2:6

6 Faith without works is dead.

It is also said in

James 2:24

24 Everyone is made righteous by works and faith.

What faith is it if it cannot defend itself? It is faith alone, but it will be stolen by Satan if it does not have its defence agianst him! Jesus said an example of this.

Luke 6:46-49 Matthew 7:21-27

Jesus said, "Why do you call me, 'Lord, Lord,' and don't do what I say? Not every one that says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he that does the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, haven't we prophesied in your name? Didn't we cast out demons in your name? Didn't we do many wonderful works in your name?' I will say to them, I never knew you, depart from me, you who does sin. Whoever comes to me, and hears what I say, and does what I say, I will show you who he is like. He is like a wise man which built a house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock, and when the rain descended, and the wind blew, and the flood arose, and the flood came, and the stream beat strongly on that house, and could not shake it, and it did not fall, because it was built with a foundation on a rock. Every one that hears what I say, and does not do what I say, is like a foolish man that without a foundation which built a house on the sand of the earth, and when the rain descended, and the wind blew, and the flood arose, and the flood came, and the stream beat strongly on that house, and it fell immediately, and the fall of it was great, and the ruin of that house was great."

Do you see? Faith without works is dead because it has no defence. It will be stolen immediately from your heart by Satan.

Mark 4:15

15 Jesus said, "When they have heard, Satan comes immediately, and steals the word that was sown in their hearts."

Revelation 3:20, John 5:25

Jesus said, "If anyone hears my voice, he shall live."

Hear and understand, we need faith, and only faith alone for salvation!
