Best Mortadella!Reader comment on item: Talking Turkey Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Dec 28, 2012 at 06:17 Our dear havas wrote ı cant understand you exactly. you say sharia is not suitable for turkish people and erdoğan is for secularism system. but then you say erdoğan will fully implement sharia someday. What our dear havas is missing here is that al-shari3a al-islamiyya is in the eyes of the beholder which means the real barbaric prescriptions the likes of chopping of arms and stoning of those that fornicate or killing those that leave Islam can and do take place in Wahhabi land but I do not see it happening in Turkey and the reason is very clear as it does not mean that the Turks have any regard for other human beings (after all the Turks killed 1.3M Armenians and 2M Greeks and many Syrians and still deny such crimes) but I believe that the real reason is Turks want to join the EU and if so then they know that these barbaric shari3a prescriptions will not be accepted by the EU Islam or no Islam Oh and as for the bizarre shari3a prescriptions the likes of "slavery is OK", "farewell sex" where a man can have sex with his dead wife" I would think that Erdogan or his muhajaba wife would not even think about such bizarre but real Islamic shari3a rules right our dear havas whose ancestors were brutalized and subjected to genocides by the Turkish hordes that invaded the Byzantine empire? also you say THY dont serve pork , This might be something recent serve alcohol but someday will not serve alcohol also. on the other hand you say that THY is trying to be the biggest flying company. if THY has such a goal how can they refuse to serve alcohol. not everybody flying are muslims. instead of pork you can eat fish or meat or chicken. but alcohol you cant replace. Well this is where the Islamic hypocrisy is all about and on a trip to Greece and Turkey and Egypt a few years ago I ate the best pork product I have ever had (and I eat pork to annoy Allah and his rasul and for no other reason) was in Turkey and Egypt and it is Mortadella which is far better than the Italian variety (for those of you that are not familiar with this gift of Italy to humanity it is pork at its best with pork fat yummm) so what you cannot get on the plane you can get on the streets of Cairo and occupied Constantinople. But the most bizarre part of the trip was: before boarding the Egyptair flight the passengers were offered a huge variety of wines and all sorts of alcoholic drinks as we were told that "Egyptair" does not serve alcohol! Oh well but otherwise most of the things you wrote this time reflects the truth. mr erdoğan is not a humeyni but he is a putin, ı agree. and this is very bad for us. he wants to design everything in our lives. he does not have enough democratic values. There is something called democracy in Turkey? Sobhanallah since when? so you tell us what would happen to a Turk who stands in the center of occupied Constantinople and shout that there was really an Armenian Genocide? what would happen to him? and what would happen to let us say a Greek who stands infront of Hagia Sofia and tell the world that this shrine should be given back to the Greeks! What do you think would happen to him? But again islamic hypocrisy has no limits Submitting....
