Pearls before swine

I greatly admire your calm, considerate, respectful, fact-based, and logical style of presentation and debate, but it does not impress or convince Middle Easterners. My experience with them (in America, the UK and the Middle East) has taught me that Western logic is incomprehensible to them, even if they've lived and studied in the West for years.

It's a sad fact that the louder and more stridently you speak, the more convincing you are to Middle Easterners. It's the shouting, vilifying, character assasinator who wins the debate in their eyes.

So, as much as I personally enjoy your approach, with a target audience of Middle Eastern minds, I think you were "casting pearls before swine."

But kudos for weathering that storm and taking the flack from those loonies.
