Mike Harris on PressTV: the new anti semitism

Shortly after the Sandy Hook shooting,some lunatic called Mike Harris,a former GOP candidate from Arizona, accused Israel of orchestrating the school shootings as a false flag op in revenge for Obama's support for Palestinians or some such nonsense.

Where do such paranoid people such as Kevin Barret and Mike Harris come from ? If you come examine any pro Ron Paul website, you will find too many commentators who express similar sentiments if worse.Many go as far as to expunge Hitler and Nazi Germany of any sins and question the Holocaust.Most view Israel and "world Jewry" as the alpha and omega as all thats wrong in the world.

Like Ron Paul, these anonymous posters may not all be illiterate hicks but otherwise honest,hardworking Americans with stable 9-5 jobs who love their families like Ron Paul. Thats what makes this so terrifying that "normal" people can believe such things.

I think too many people forget that Germany before the Weimar Republic and the Third Republic was considered the most philo Semitic country in Europe.Too many people derive the wrong conclusions from the Holocaust and blame it the German psyche or some such( to my mind ,such a notion is the mirror image of blaming everything on world Jewry) but the truth is totalitarianism can flourish anywhere and when it captures enough acolytes of the academia,entertainment,media and government esp in prosperous ,industrial countries where too many people feel they have been led into disastrous wars by "vested interests" ,scary things can happen.

After Nov 6th 2012, all we can do is pray for the best.
