Lets hope for the best

Dear Dr. Daniel Pipes,

Thank you for your outstanding article which is a continuation of your series of articles regarding Turkey and Mr. Erdogan's policy.

I can not agree more with your points that what is going on now is something that has been created over the years of autocratic rule of Mr. Erdogan. I do hope as you do Turkey to become a real secular Country without expansionism towards its neighbors, though they still have 40000 soldiers in Cyprus since 1974.

In my humble opinion Mr. Erdogan being decided after so many years to rule as a Sultan a new Ottoman State will not give up his intentions. We know that he is also very clever and his ego might lead him to try sooner to take over the Country. Lets hope that this will not happen.
