two turkish tale

This debate remembered to me two tales heard one bulgarian turk - profesor of history, marred for an armenian:

1 tale . In the time of Tanzimat and Cremean war (when Ottoman empire was saved Western power under condition to proclame all subject equal befor the law) a local ottoman administator instructed the sens of new orders from Bosforous ~ " Now will be different. When you are meeting a giaur in the street you must not to cry at him - Hey giaour, get out of my way. The sultan's order is to be must be polite with all giaours ! " Because all Ottoman empire's "tolerance" was structured as totality of different confesional qarters or "clubs" - the giaurs (christians - rum, ermeni, catholic etc. , jews ) and the most privileged central club of the Mohamedans ( but the turks not likes this word). May be turks are missing this "idyll" somehow and from time to time surch christian or jewish "clubs". But after the extermination of christianity in Asian Minor and all chaotic verbal arrogance against armenians, jews etc. the only sure fellows are the poor kurds. Sorry, some of my own ancestor in past was fluent both in turkish and slavic - it is not asian or european or geografical. Asia Minor untill islamic invasion was 10 more european compeared with some bulgar khan dreeming for the bigest loot in Europe - Constantinople. it is only question of cultures in which exist or absents notion and idea for repentance...Without such notion solid confidence is impossible and all became only political games...

2 turkish tale is a question : Don"t you know how to become strong hero and champion? The lamb that suckle from two sheep will became a champion - that is another reason for this running from East to West and again. Sorry for my poor english.
