Maaloula and Delga and Islam and Jizya in the year 2013 is still alive and well

It is not just Maaloula or ܡܥܠܘܠܐ (it means entrance also high in Syriac) that fell to al-Qa3ida aka Muslim terrorists but also the city of Delga in Minyya Egypt (where the 3-4th century CE Chruch of the Virgin that was looted and then torched and then converted to a mosque) is now under the control of members of el-Gami3a el-Islamiyya and its leader the terrorist Assem Abd el-Maged and now the 20,000 Copts that live in Delga have to pay a Jizya tax yes they have to pay a jizya tax! And they are to pay between 200-500 Egyptian pounds per day or about $30-71 per day in a country where 40% of the population earn $2 per day!
