Israel's passivity in not useful or protective

Israel ought to be taking, in this pathetic situation, a leaf out of the Japanese manuals for negotiation:

-Never say "NO" (it's impolite)

-Never say "yes' to anything details (it's too complex, and therefore might induce errors of appreciation, and is therefore impolite)

-Always conduct negotiations in Hebrew (basic corporate rule N°1)

-Change interpreters frequently

-Invite Kerry's team to good restaurants, and to the golf links... often

-Give Kerry's team little presents frequently

-Spy on Kerry's team VERY persistently (just enough to be aggravating)

-Use Soviet "honey trap" techniques on Kerry's team....

This comedy will run for months and months..
