Passport

My parents were in German camps. We came over to the states in the 1950's after this. I decided to get my Polish citizenship and passport. many years ago. We are all Polish. Back then, there were no Polish passports or citizenship of the Polish stateI. It took me about five years. It was a lot of work. There were many reasons. I believe that the Polish government does this to search out former enemies of the state. You should know that Poland has had many enemies of the Polish state. I would rather have this process be difficult versus as easy as it is in the US. I do not want anyone to be a Polish citizen but it is your right if you are Polish.
