Dear Precious,

Did you ever consider that the reason might be because Poland had by far the largest population of Jews in the world? There were approx. 3 million Jews living in Poland at the time. BTW, of course I'm not accusing all Poles of anti-Semitism. Thank G-d there were quite a few righteous Gentiles there who risked their lives to save Jews. However most Poles were not so righteous. Many were as bad as the Nazis and some were worse.
