Yes teaching you ArabicReader comment on item: The Jewish-Muslim Connection: Traditional Ways of Life Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Apr 7, 2014 at 13:04 Our dear Hussam's argument is as follows: He is saying that we must trust him because he knows Arabic but providing evidence to support his claims that the word Jahil does not mean he cannot read and right? May the Gods forbid and can he quote a dictionary to support his claim? May the Gods forbid so I will help him There is no doubt that the word جاهل or Jahil means he who cannot read or write as well as ignorant and the Ulama tell us that the word جاهل is the opposite عالم or 3Alem and the plural is Ulama and in the simple mind of Muhammad reading and writing was magic and knowledge and here is where one would find the word Jahil or any of its derivatives in the Qur'an http://www.ahlolbayt.net/old/radhael/aljahl/inQoran.htm And here is what your revered Arabic dictionaries tell us about the meaning of the root جهل http://www.maajim.com/dictionary/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AC%D8%A7%D9%87%D9%84 Including Lisan al-Arab and here is from Taj al-3Aroos 1. الاول هو خلف النفس من العلم وهو الصل Or the main meaning of the word that one is opposite of knowledge or 3ilm and in Muhammads mind 3ilm really means reading and writing (the actual meaning of the word is science) 2 الثاني اعتقاد الشيء بخلاف ما هو عليه Or number two (jahl) means believing in something which is the opposite for what (that something) is Muhammad and his Allah say that the earth is flat and that the earth is stationary and the sun and the moon orbit earth so is that true our dear Hussam? Oh you do not believe me? then read Bin Baz's silly book جريان الشمس والقمر وسكون الارض so did you read it our dear Hussam? This means that your prophet, as well as Bin Baz, is jahil or ignorant Unless the moon and the sun orbit earth so do they orbit earth? See? it is your sources that tell us that 3. الثالث فعل الشيء بخلاف ماحقه ان يفعل Or number three doing something in-spite of the fact that such act should not be done Your so called prophet kissed a black stone is this right our dear Hussam? Or is it Jahl you tell me Your so called prophet was Jahil big time because he did not read or write and he kissed a black stone when he should not have done so and he is jahil or ignorant because he told us that the earth is flat and that the sun and the moon orbit the stationary earth and that comets are hot and they were created by Allah in-order to chase the Shaytan I feel sorry for you but I'm not done with you
