The european angleReader comment on item: Don't Put Terrorists on Trial Submitted by Lars Nielsen (Denmark), Jul 14, 2014 at 08:01 I agree with mr. Pipes. But it is not just an american problem. Islamic organisations also try to prevent european intelligence organisations from helping find terrorists. Recently, a dane has spread stories through the media, that danish intelligence forces helped finding and killing terrorists in Yemen. Whether true or not, an islamic organisation now tries to bring this to court as a criminal act. Also media bring stories about the legality of the war on terror, condemning the american use of drones against terrorists. It is therefore important to maintain, that terrorists are warriors and therefore should be treated as enemies. There is however one difficulty. Did the nüremberg trials not state, that irregular forces are protected by geneva rules ?
