Khatala should beat the rap :: Reader comments at Daniel Pipes

Khattala may already be a free man unless his Miranda rights were read to him immediately after his abduction. Furthermore, if found not guilty, he can sue the U.S. government for abduction and false imprisonment. Let's be careful about the next law school graduate that we elect as President.
