Criminality vs warReader comment on item: Don't Put Terrorists on Trial Submitted by Sigmund Derman (United States), Jul 18, 2014 at 17:28 To Dr. Pipes: Ok, I now see what you mean. Unfortunately the Obama administration didn't even seem to take Benghazi as a crime initially. They made it out to be an almost justiable reaction to a video. The "criminal" behavior of making and posting "The Innocence of Muslims" has already been punished by throwing the producer, Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, in jail. Of course, technically Nakoula was re-imprisoned for violating parole but had he violated parole by using an assumed name to post an online video praising the affordable care act, I doubt his parole would have been revoked. It will be interesting to see whether Ahmed Abu Khattala ever serves as much time in prison as Nakoula.
