Are the so called facts relative??

Mr. Pipes uses the word "alleged" when he refers to the number of dead. Why doesn't he use the same adjective to his allegations against what he calls his facts about any and all things in this conflict. For example, his claim that "[Palestinians] protecting their weapons with their bear bodies." I personally would love to hear more indisputable facts.
