So how do you think we defeated Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan

We defeated them by overwhelming force - in other words by being disproportionate. Our airmen weren't bothered who was under their bombs, because each bomb dropped brought victory a step closer. Anyone who banged on about 'innocent civilians' would have been up for the high jump, especially if they said it in places like Coventry, London etc, which had been hit badly by the Blitz. We burned out the evil heart of those regimes from 1942 onwards, when we became strong enough to take the war directly to them, because that is what we had to do to win. There are no innocent civilians in Gaza - all of them are guilty by association. They are conditioned into anti-Israeli hatred from cradle to grave.

They enable Hamas, they offer themselves up as human shields, and Hamas recruits from amongst the civilian population. Not only that, Hamas fight in civilian clothes. They don't wear uniforms, nor do they parade around wearing sandwich boards saying "I am a Hamas terrorist", as some Western thickoes seem to think.
