You made a minor mistake in the Map of Dawlat-al-Khilafa

Dear Dr Pipes, Thanks for publishing the maps of the Islamic state as seen by ISIS and His Highness Caliph Ibrahim but you probably made a mistake in the maps. According to the first map my country India is not under the ISIS control. But according to the second map it is. I as an Indian I am very disturbed. I want know if as a well protected second class citizen of the ISIS, to which address I need to send my Jizya check or if my nation is not under ISIS, do I need to send the tax at all. Can you please clarify? Also, if I am lucky enough to become a tax-paying citizen of ISIS, does Sharia allow a joint return for Jizya or couples need to file individual returns.
