Er, just for the record, what steps did NATO take when Turkey invaded Greco Cyprus?

For that matter, what action did the EU take when Turkey invaded member state, Cyprus, and how much more insane can it get when Turkey still vies for EU membership whilst occupying Cyprus?

Note also that without Turkish support, cooperation and remarkable ability to look the other way as Islamic thugs criss-crossed its borders with convoys of weapons and logistics, there would be no Islamic State.

Fact is, the Western world continues to look the other way while Turkey devolves to its Islamic roots.

Unfortunately, Turkey enjoys immunity from minimum civilised standards and strictures, due to its strategic location at the eastern end of the Mediterranean. Which is why it has us by the balls, whilst our hopelessly clueless leaders pretend to be in control.
