Muslim from India and Pakistan do not have the same culture as those of Hindus, Sikhs and Jains!!Reader comment on item: Making Culture an Element of Immigration Policy Submitted by Jaladhi (United States), Aug 25, 2014 at 16:32 DNM, I totally disagree with you as to the point that Muslims from India and Pakistan have same culture as Hindus, Sikhs and Jains. Muslims have absolutely different culture which is shaped and cultivated by Islam and Arabian culture. Any similarity is just superficial. The ancestors of these Muslims were converted in the threat of sword from Hinduism, Sikhism or Jainism but in doing so they did bid goodbye to their own native culture also. You know when Islam takes over the converts totally eliminate even the traces of their old culture - Islam requires that. Just look at how Iranians, or Malaysians behave and how much of their ancestors culture they remember. Now that being the case, Muslims from Indian and pakistan do not assimilate in any Western country whereas Hindus, Sikhs, Jains and others have no problem doing so. Muslims from any country do not assimilate in any non-Muslim country - just look at the European experience and the same is happening in USA also. Maybe Muslims immigration should be totally stopped!! Submitting....
