Obama, the geopolitical strategist?

That was well put. But is there any further explanation on why Obama used ISIL? What was he intending to imply or gain in so speaking -- cunningly,if he was --as the President, no less.? Who really could have given him the notion to use another acronym? I mean Obama is Obama but we know there are limits. Surely he would not be so competent to think of that all by himself, that much ought to be obvious if we know him well enough by now. Who is his Rasputin?
