As the phrase, immunity from Allah, is mentioned here with the phrase, those of the Pagans with whom ye have contracted mutual alliances, it implies that Quran grants non-Muslims with special right not to practise Muslim laws whenever there are contracted mutual mutual alliances.

So who are really those pagans? Hint Muslims are pagan too oh you do not believe me? then ask me why do I believe that Muslims are pagan
