Non-Muslims have the freedom from exercising Allah's obligation when there is peace treatyReader comment on item: There's No Difference between ISIS and ISIL Submitted by zuma (Singapore), Sep 20, 2014 at 04:27 Jihadists, i.e. ISIS, condemns all the laws from non-Muslim countries due to their governmental laws contradict the Muslim laws. Discuss. Quran 9:1- Mohsin Khan translation: Freedom from (all) obligations (is declared) from Allah and His Messenger to those Mushrikun (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah), with whom you made a treaty. The phrase, (all) obligations...from Allah), could refer to non-Muslims have to believe in Allah; have to comply with all Muslim laws; and etc. The phrase, Freedom from (all) obligations...from Allah, could be interpreted as freedom from exercising all the obligations from Allah. As the phrase, Freedom from (all) obligations, is mentioned above with phrase, pagans...with whom you made a treaty, it implies that non-Muslims would have the freedom not to exercise all the obligations that have been given by Allah, such as, obeying Muslim laws; and etc., whenever there is a peace treaty among them. Or in other words, non-Muslims could opt out not to exercise Muslim laws whenever there is a peace treaty. How could jihadists, i.e. isis, condemn non-Muslims to be dirty people to have their laws not to follow Muslim laws then? Quran 9:1-Picktal translation: Freedom from obligation (is proclaimed) from Allah and His messenger toward those of the idolaters with whom ye made a treaty. As the phrase, Freedom from obligation...from Allah, is mentioned here with the phrase, idolaters with whom ye made a treaty, it implies that non-Muslim governments have the right not to exercise Muslim laws when there is a treaty. So! Jihadists, i.e. ISIS, have no right to condemn non-Muslim governments not to practice Muslim laws whenever there is a treaty. Quran 9:1-Shakir translation: (This is a declaration of) immunity by Allah and His Apostle towards those of the idolaters with whom you made an agreement. The word, immunity, has been defined in Free dictionary to be Law - Exemption from normal legal duties penalties, or liabilities, granted to a special group of people. The phrase, immunity by Allah, should be interpreted as a special group of people have the right to be exempted from practising Muslim laws. As the phrase, immunity by Allah, is mentioned here with the phrase, those of the idolaters with whom you made an agreement, it implies that non-Muslim goverments would have the right not to exercise Muslim laws whenever there is an agreement between non-Muslims and Muslims. Why should jihadists, i.e. ISIS, condemn governments from non-Muslim countries to have to comply with Muslims laws,or else, they would be condemned by them? Quran 9:1-Yusuf Ali translation: A (declaration) of immunity from Allah and His Messenger, to those of the Pagans with whom ye have contracted mutual alliances:- As the phrase, immunity from Allah, is mentioned here with the phrase, those of the Pagans with whom ye have contracted mutual alliances, it implies that Quran grants non-Muslims with special right not to practise Muslim laws whenever there are contracted mutual mutual alliances.
