Muslims are fatalist

Dear Sir,

Saudi Government is not true representaitve of Islam. Indeed ,they are Muslims but their piety is question mark. Human error can not be attributed to Allah. One should accept it is a failure of government who failed to forcast heavy thunder storm and gusty winds which played significant role in Crane crash. Being true Muslim, State should come forward and accept responsibility and make determination that such disaster events will not happen in future.
