dhimmi no more, please update your knpwledge on al-Qada' wa al-Qadr before talking, who told you that Allah does not get angry with the Muslims? What our scholars said on that tragedy was just "something predestined by Allah". Sometimes, punishments of Allah is to correct you, erase you sins or even stops you from further destructions of oneself. Therefore, it may happen to a Muslim or a non-muslim
