Industrial Zone in Jordan - 2 Miles from Israel Crossing

Remember Hong Kong, and the Industrial Zone on the Mainland of China that was set up?

Well, Daniel Pipes is correct - all the news aint as bad as immediate appearances indicate.

The "Start-Up Nation" - Israel - meaning in Entrepreneurialship (not its 1948 beginning) - is about to engage with Jordan on a major project, as "The Jewish Press" reports:

"Israel and Jordan Advance Joint Industrial Project"

Perhaps a materially "better life" just on the other side, in the former Transjordan, may be the solution to the Arab-Israeli wars and violence. I have the vision that what Hong-Kong was to mainland China, Israel will be to the Jordanians and Jordanian Palestinians.

On the other hand, what Prussia was to Germany, will Israel be to the Middle East? That analogy seems far-fetched at this moment. But history is stranger than fiction. Notice that Daniel Pipes hasn't yet taken account of the role of Putin and Russia in the most recent current events in Syria, let alone Greater Syria. Putin certainly knew what to do with his Chechen "terrorists" - didn't he send them to Iraq and Syria? And now, he's planning to insure that they do not return ANYWHERE ! He's currently meeting with the former states of the Soviet Union.
