I have a different view of God ..

Michael,

You are fortunate in your trust of God and of His Will for humanity.

I don't trust Him myself. I wrestle with Him on an almost continuous basis, much as Jacob wrestled with that angel. This is what makes me an "Israeli" despite having no Jewish or Israeli national identity.

I call on God to usher in some sanity because I fear that, if I and others do not appeal to Him, He'll just go ahead and usher in the madness that He's currently decided is what is best for us.

I'm not sure He's listening but that won't stop me from appealing until it's too late anyway.
