After mercilessly mocking Obama's phantom red lines during the campaign, sitting on his hands (aka, "Doing a Barack") was impossible for President Trump. One silver lining is that the Russians,guarantors of Syria's chemical arsenal, were left looking foolish and are more likely to snap the leash back on Assad and the Ayatollah's puppets.
