NO CONTROVERSY OVER JERUSALEMReader comment on item: Trump's Recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's Capital – What Does It Mean? Submitted by Peter Badaki (Nigeria), Dec 13, 2017 at 12:12 As it is today, the BIBLE remains the most reliable and final authority in tracing the origin of every man, tribe and nation on earth. Obviously, other religious books and founders tend to rely on the this BOOK OF BOOKS to arrive what the adherents of those religion propagate. Truth be told, there is no gainsaying in admitting the obvious. The origin of Man which began at Adam(the first man on earth), Genesis 1,2&3 all through to Abraham , Isaac and Jacob(which later became Israel after the encounter at Jabook) Genesis 32 laid the foundation for the future plan of God for the entire human race. The authority and sovereignty of the Almighty over His creature can't in any wise be questioned by any mortal man. He (the Almighty) allowed those whom He called 'His Chosen People' undergo untold hardship ,suffering, oppression and servitude even in strange lands to the end that His Divine Purpose would be established. The available historical facts are sufficiently enough to determine the possessor of the land called 'JERUSALEM'. There should be no controversy of the ownership of Jerusalem . Though the Jews who in the time of Christ claimed to be Abraham descendant failed to understand the mystery behind Christ revelation to the entire human race. The Salvation plan of God through Christ death is for the whole human race. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
