Yes, obviously Trump doesn't do anything without considering how he frames himself, so to expect his seeming pro-Israel actions to be based on any deeper set of ideas is foolish.

But as for your list of items in your UNRWA indictment, you forgot what I think is the biggest item. They have sustained this ridiculous lie that Palestinians in Lebanon and Syria and even Jordan are refugee and need internationally financed support instead of pressuring these countries to give them equality and even citizenship.

Did you know that the Arab League forbids countries to grant them citizenship?
