No Sir, Mr. PipesReader comment on item: Reservations about the Trump Peace Plan Submitted by David Ryan (United States), Jan 31, 2020 at 17:10 It is just an offer on the table. The reaction is no surprise. Everything President Trump has done since taking office has been opposed by half the country, most foreign states, and all the Palestinian leaders. What is the next President going to do? Move the embassy back to Tel Aviv? Fully fund the P.A. again without conditions? This President is squeezing the Palestinian leaders who could find themselves out at any time. I am not so pessimistic about the 2020 U.S. elections. (Since WWII every Republican President has done better at reelection except Bush 41 and every Democrat has done worse - or become so unpopular they did not run - except Clinton.)
