Just now understand that diplomacy in the former Ottoman resurgency of caliphate ambitions is on the brink of collapse as it is heard that attacks on American persons in Turkey are pending and the jeopardy is compounded by the complicit actions of proxy activists in Istanbul, if not in Ankara.
