A position change

Just prior to the election you wrote an article about why you were prepared to vote for Trump although in the past you supported an independent. You outlined in some detail that despite his character flaws, you admired many of his policies and positions. At the time I commented that I was astonished by your stance and questioned why you would not vote independent again. Your current analysis is so much more realistic and reasoned. It takes courage to reverse your position publicly. You've regained my respect.
