American Political Processes Historically Contaminated with Contradictory InfluencesReader comment on item: Lorraine Ali, the Worst Political Reporter in America? Submitted by M Tovey (United States), Jun 16, 2021 at 14:19 The history of America (not the contradictory narrative of various enemies from within) is a study of a young nation with a modern series of events (as compared with the empires of the past that ruled the world with their own conflicted senses of empires) and began with conflicted sympathies from people that desired to escape the autocratic and cumbersome methods of governance. A revolution (not the rebellious type like that of France or Russia and its Soviet offspring such as in China - a former empire itself) accomplished much for America in its search for personal liberty due to the moral and spiritual basis of the truth the founders sought. Revolution from a Marxist perspective does not share that moral search for personal liberty.
