Islam and Apostate Christianity Share Only One Observable Trait - Disdain For Each Other - All Else is CircumstantialReader comment on item: A Century of the Muslim Brotherhood Submitted by M Tovey (United States), Oct 10, 2022 at 17:34 Continuiing in the vein of Egypt's multiple religious personalities, we are further continuing in the wonder of why Egypt is still in its loose relationship with Israel, its peace accord with Israel still holding even after the meddling of the 44th American Administrative Chief Executive's bad handling of various encounter with the MB hovering in the back ground, attempting Islamic redemption for the assasination of Sadat during a short lived underground resurgence of jihadi affinities while trying to disrupt those very same relations with Israel that appeared to confront all those bad feelings while at the same time peace was more in tune with Egypt recognizing a secure border reqiires safety on both sides. Beyond that, al-Sissi has much to lose if the MB were more prominent. This appears to be a basis for maintaining the status quo.
