The way the west was lost

Dr Pipes,

It strikes me that there are other problems which may or may not fall under the rubrick of your 3 pillars of post modern anti western nihilism.

Firstly immigration. There is scarcely a non-muslim person in Europe who would not is given the chance wind back the clock before massive tide of Islamic immigration and refuse to allow entry of even small numbers of muslim immigrants if given the chance. The evil tide has been a security and cultural nightmare. It has necessitated at huge cost extra protection for subway systems, religious sites like the Vatican, Jewish infrastructure of any kind including day care centers (Muslims have no problem with butchering children deliberately for the glory of Allah after all). The matter then becomes one of post hoc analysis - how did we and by we I mean the west (Europe especially) come to this juncture where a clumsy barbaric bunch of inbreds hold such power over our civilisation?

The answer can be found in the new left. Those slimy academics and pundits who dominate select areas of public policy, the media and academia. Power to these people requires a large welfare state. A large welfare state needs a large number of customers. A perpetual stream of useless unassimilable migrants can readily be found in North Africa and other parts of the Middle East. They are the perfect tax eaters and allow the left to expand their own departments into super departments delivering more welfare to themselves than to the Muslim invaders.

This in turn squeezes the tax payers who are despised by the left even as they pay for the aforementioneds uberwelfare state and immense oppressive beaurecratic structures. The problem being the left see no end to the extent they can drain the tax payers of money. Like an overzealous vampire they drain their victims to death. This game of increasing social problems using cretinous migrants continues despite the risk of said hostile migrants consuming and supplanting the social order which the left wing has constructed. There is an illusion of permanence to the structure the left has established which is reinforced by the left leaning voting patterns of the Islamic invaders. Where oh where will the left go when the Muslims establish their own pro Sharia political representatives? This would have the effect of denying them the right to speak on behalf of the "vicitms" that they are supposed to represent.

Secondly in the education sector. Unable to convince the proletariat of their magnanimity given their record of pushing for a societal race to the bottom the left must seek to propagate its poison by corrupting our youth. There is something radically wrong with the philosophy that public school teachers embrace. Too often it causes acrimonious relations with the parents.

A Chinese academic who escaped from Mao Tse Tung's reign of terror rejected the Prime Minister's analogy in Australia of the education system being akin to a Maoist one. The latter she said had all of the same indoctrination but at least produced students who could at least read, write and perform basic arithmatic. The three r's were emphatically rejected as a priority by the new leftist education sector in Australia. Couching their recieved truths under the mantle of "contextual learning" they initiated their devastating transmogrification of our society. Education was no longer an exercise in learning how to communicate, compute and process information. It was not an exercise in learning "how" to think. It was about learning "what" to think. By teaching students to hate their country and long for a socialist ummah/utopia they would create instead of engineers and scientists ideal citizens for the new inky dink lefty multi-kulti regime.

A necessary deconstructivist pillar of this new educational reality was the purging of all false religions: Christianity, Patriotism, Sex roles (inc motherhood) and the so called protestant work ethic. Patriotism had to go naturally because the left wing ideal being close to the caliphate rejects the notion of nations. Nations are merely constructs that are created to oppress the proletariat much the same as wars. The left unable to find its oppressed domestically now looks abroad assuming our wealth is not the product of specialisation and the proliferation of skill throughout our economy (as Adam Smith and most sane people believe) but somehow stolen from weaker countries. In Australia the assault on patriotism involves conventional brow beating over the treatment of indigenous peoples.

Accepted as absolute and inalienable truth is Henry Reynolds sexed up account of massacres which for the most part did not occur (usually not in the manner or scale Reynolds contends but occasionally not at all). Attacks on Islamic terrorism (oh excuse moi maybe I should call it "militarism" since "terrorism" is an emotional term) must be tempered with examinations of the Christianity's percieved negative past such as the Crusades and inquistion even though the latter came as a product of almost 500 years of Islamic aggression. Islam's golden age is examined in glowing terms even though the latter was a period of great misery, rape and slavery for the Christians of Al Andalus and elsewhere. Not to forget that many of Islams' so called achievements were simply appropriated from other civilisations.

Thirdly the media. As I have already posted, September 11 was followed very closely by a series of the most disgraceful and baseless attacks upon our society. Michael Moore shamelessly ran anti American propaganda graphically portrayed violence in Iraq whilst blotting out the catastrophic violence involved in 9/11 the latter getting only a sound effect. "Syriana" portrayed America's opponents in the Middle East as benevolent princlings and made the worlds most powerful Democracy into a Machiavellian monster. Robert Baer the CIA operative who wrote the novel "See No Evil" that "Syriana" is based upon has thrown his weight behind "inside job" style conspiracy theories for 9/11. Israel got its own "Syriana" in the form of "Munich" a film that was most probably based on a work of fiction.

Yuval Aviv, the Israeli whom the Jewish assassin the book which became the movie was based on was described by Israeli intelligence as a fabulist who never rose higher than airport security. Aviv shares Baer's love of conspiracy theories. The serving of effluent obtains an even stronger smell of excrement when documentaries which dispute that planes brought the WTC down are proliferated (and I assure you they are everywhere).

In the news we have an exclusively pro Palestinian view of the Palestinian conflict and pro terrorist stance on Israel's clash with Lebanon. The media celebrated and lauded honors hand in hand with the international media on Yassir Arafat when he jointly recieved the Nobel peace prize even though at the same time he was ordering attacks on Palestinean Christians (particularly the women was his specific directive - presumably to break the breeding cycle of those whom Muslims regard as less than vermin - us).

On every level this unparalleled assault continues. The devoted patriotic faithful remain at least 50% of the voting block despite being characterised as morally and intellectually inferior by the illiberal liberals of the left wing. When will it end?

A friend of mine recently said to me: I hate America because if you take their total military spending through their history it amounts to 30 million dollars per annum for every year back to when Christ was born. I countered that this figure was deceptive since the US has a trendency to spend on conventional arms and research so that they kill fewer people and are more surgical whereas its enemies tend to focus exclusively on killing more people indiscriminately. America's conventional arms are naturall more expensive. I could also have added that America has alot of money and this expenditure would only be relevant as a proportion of the Government Budget (which would incline one to criticise Sri Lanka and its 60% expenditure or even Pakistan which also spends almost all of its Government Budget on its army rather than the US).

In then end I can counter with this: I love America because I don't have to. Unlike a Muslim with their glorious Islam nobody is pointing a gun to my head to insist that I love America - though more than a few Muslims and their left wing allies might point a gun to my head and insist that I hate America. This only serves to clarify the distinction between the even tempered patriot and the knee jerk left wing rebel.

One final observation and a challenge to Dr Pipes position. I see a serious platform for the belief that self hatred is not the appropriate label for the afflicition tormenting the west. in my view the left wing pundits of the media, academia, the immigration department and every other diseased organs in this laboring beast that is the west have so far removed themselves from our society that they can no longer be considered a part of it. They hate us we are the unenlightened irredeemable masses. The migrants they bring in are their weapons against us. In any event they seem to hold in higher regard and have higher hopes for the Islamic world than they do for the western one which they hold in contempt. Since they are not us though they have captured a significant portion of the public policy that concerns us - their hatred cannot be our hatred. And therefore it is not self hatred we are afflicited with but the predations of an enemy as alien as Al Qaeda. They have surrendered their right to be part of the west - and betrayed its people to their enemies. Roll out the guillotine for them.
