It would appear that this is the only real and successful military tactic the Global Caliphate has going for it: infest the enemies' territories and out-breed them. The host countries' problem is not unlike the one NYC would have if the animal rights groups successfully lobbied for and got enforcement of equal rights for rats. Or the plight of Australia's native species after the importation of dogs, cats, and cane toads....
