Dear Mr. Pipes,

Thank you for your (as always) insightful article. You get right the center of the issues.
The only missing item is what, if anything, America could do if the Palestinians fail to live up to their agreements (unfortunately very likely.)
America could put it straight to the world that Israel has every right to defend herself against terror just as the USA or any sovereign nation does.
Additionally if America really wants to stop the violence she could intervene militarily. Of course this is not necessary since Israel is totally capable of doing the same if only America would not hold her back.
