I can't help Amit's Sangh beliefs. Like I said before, ignorance is what makes people prejudiced. Latest attempts by the Hindu machinery to rewrite and saffronise history notwithstanding, truth remains that Mughals gave to India the much needed stability and period of glory. Can anyone cite which existing and fluorishing "civilisation" was destroyed in the process? India was in pure anarchy when Mughals established their empire and filled the power vacuum. So called Hindu philosophy is a misnomer anyway. Name one book on Hindu philosophy?

Had the Muslim rulers sought (given their supremacy), they could've converted the entire Indian populace to muslims. Amit could do well to research what turned hundreds of thousands of Buddhists in Bengal towards Islam (that explains the huge
muslim population in Bangladesh & West Bengal). There wasn't any "oft purported" sword employed, but Hindus themselves tortured the Buddhists, forcing them to embrace Islam.

There seems an ad nauseam repetition of so called Koranic verse "kill the infidels". This lack of ignorance borders on mischief. It has become fashionable to quote this without any knowledge of the truth. In my next reply, I am answering the ignoramuses.

I am tempted to ask - what changed the attitude of beef-eating hindus of yores to lapse into worshipping "holy cows" and dozens of other animals?
