Only one option in dealing with evil

Although I usually find myself in agreement with your writing, I don't this time.

What you are advocating is the same as saying that if we had only defeated Hitler and his cadre, Naziism would have reformed itself into a respectable/acceptable political movement. Islam teaches that deceiving an infidel, which is defined as any non-Moslem, is perfectly permissable; even encouraged. The belief among all sects of "true believers" is that Islam must eventually conquer. And conquering by the sword is never discouraged.

Islam preaches intolerance, encourages lying and cheating , violence and hatred, but knows how to put on a veneer of civility when it feels threatened. There is only one option in dealing with evil; and like we did with Naziism, it must be confronted and destroyed.
