It was the RussiansReader comment on item: [Iraqi] WMD Lies Submitted by Joel Sears (United States), Oct 10, 2003 at 15:38 While I understand the train of logic in your hypothesis, I'm still quite certain that Saddam Hussein's WMD programs continued unabated until the time immediately prior to the U.S. invasion of Iraq.I'd simply like to refer you all to this article written by a former Romanian spy chief who, based on his EXPERIENCE in the KGB's "sarindar" program, postulates that the Russian "advisors" who arrived in Baghdad just ahead of the U.S. invasion simply scuttled Saddam's WMD. http://www.washtimes.com/op-ed/20030820-081256-6822r.htm Please read it, this guy knows his stuff. Also, consider this parallel situation: Let's say you're a cocaine dealer with 10 kilos of cocaine in your possession. Let's also say that the police get wind of this and camp a couple of hundred cops on your lawn for a couple of months, saying they will break down your door and search your home on a specified deadline date. Are you going to keep the cocaine or are you going to flush it down the toilet? The logic is so simple it leaves blisters.
