1958's Eban's InterviewReader comment on item: Abba Eban's Eloquence on Israel's 10th Anniversary Submitted by Sammish (United States), May 12, 2008 at 12:17 I found the entire Mr. Eban's interview fascinating, if not for the secondary reason that I was at that time only 2 years old born in central Algeria (French then). I am still amazed by the eloquence of Mr. Eban and the most important fact of the constance resonnance of Israel's position toward peace with its arab nations. What is amazing now, is the perennial diplomatic position of Israel by its formost important ambassador. Parts of of his responses in the interview can (literally) be read today and we would not find them different from Israel' position toward peace right at this moment. Truly amazing ....
