Reader comment on item: Debating the Khalil Gibran International Academy

Elliot, Almontaser, and NPR paint opposition to the school as motivated by anti-Arab sentiment. They do not respond adequately to Dr. Pipes' comment.
They also don't afford Pipes a chance to comment on the Michigan State materials that Almontaser claims they were going to use. Are you familiar with this material?

You are exactly right about the lack of debate: I raise issues of substance and am replied to with name-calling.
