I'm not sure about Eden Gardens' curriculum, but I can describe for you the one of Catholic schools: they have two streams, Catechism (for Catholics, but not restricted to them--as teaching a non-Catholic this can potentially win a new Catholic) and "moral science" (for most non-Catholics) in addition to other common courses (math, English, local language). Admittedly, it breaks down when you consider that Catholicism is a much more attractive faith than Islam.
