Delay in construction

Yoou very confidently said that Netanyahu will delay the construction for 2 years but for your information even before i got to read this artcle, Israeli government has denied they are any such plans.
Let us be honest, both Israeli and Palestinian leaderships are not sincere to talks, both are cheating.
