Convert out of IslamReader comment on item: Blaming Islamic Apostasy Laws on Western Imperialism Submitted by Lamees (Saudi Arabia), Jul 27, 2010 at 17:34 Dear Jack, There was an incident during the prophet Mohammed PBUH life where a man told me that he doesn't want to stay a Muslim for some reasons like not fully believing, and the prophet accepted it. The idea of conversion is allowed as long as the person doesn't threaten the state or religion. And this happens everywhere around the world. You have the right to have your opinion but you can't misuse it by manipulating the majority's opinion. Cheers Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please. Comments are screened and in some cases edited before posting. Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate.
