Who shall make this happen?

I get the impression that you think that the western democracies are responsible for guiding and shaping the tribalist behaviours and beliefs of these arab populations to accept and adapt to western ideology and lifestyles. Unfortunately, the most misunderstood issue of our time is the arrogance of the west in assuming that other cultures want what they do, value what they value or strive for what they strive for.

The reality is that there are a lot of people in the world who are not subject to this mentality, have not evolved to the same point, and retain relatively primitive attitudes about dominance and aggression. This lack of understanding, thinking that if we only had the opportunity to show them, the arabs would welcome with open arms is what will lead to our own demise. See the reaction to the US 'liberators' in Iraq, the Israelis leaving Gaza. Every civilization, once it reaches a peak of indulgence and hypothetical reflection. succumbs in the end to the barbarians at the gate.
