So what's Israel waiting for?

So what is Israel waiting for? Bomb the Mullahs now before their nuclear capability advances any further.

I understand there are daunting technical & logistic difficulties - flying over unfriendly countries to reach multiple heavily bunkered nuclear facilities in faraway Iran. Nonetheless me thinks the Israelis can pull it off.

Ideally such strike should also target the Mullah leadership and their Revolutionary guards goons to facilitate regime change.
