Wafa' Sultan and SyriaReader comment on item: Yes, Support the Syrian Rebels Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Dec 20, 2013 at 07:45 Dr. Pipes On 12/19/2013 Wafa Sultan was interviewed on the very popular program Su'al Jari' سؤال جرئ on Qanat al-Hayat http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fk596c65vO0&list=UUa7QwYAEiu6XG7XrgpH-m2w She makes it very clear that the so called rebels are Muslim terrorists that have one goal in mind and that is to establish a fascist and theocratic state in Syria. She stated that she used to be an Alawite and that she believes that Bashar el-Assad is just as brutal and evil as the terrorists that he is fighting. She also claimed that el-Assad made the same mistake that el-Sadat did and that is to befriend Islamists by establishing what she called معاهد تحفيظ القران (read this as schools also colleges for the memorization of the Qur'an) in other words he is responsible for the rise of Islamists in Syria She does not really offer a solution as much as she reminds the whole world about this unfolding tragedy and that the victims are the very ancient religious and racial minorities in Syria and in the end also moderate and secular Muslims in Syria This brings me back to your article: We should not support evil be it the rebels or el-Assad we should only help the people of Syria to have enough food and shelter until this disaster is over. The US made this grave mistake in Afghanistan back in the 1980's and we can see now what really happened As for Turkey: I hope the Turks realize that their country will be the next target on the list of Islamic terrorists which ever way things go
